So, you might have noticed that I called the blog "Two in the Nest" in the video. That was the name that Earthworms and Marmalade started out as a couple of years ago.
I'm totally laughing at myself watching this again! Obviously my video shooting skills are lacking, but man was that lemon curd goooood!
Also, I now usually use pastured eggs rather than organic. I've learned a lot over the years!
