I had a special delivery!
Two more bags of fresh picked Meyer Lemons! All that the tree owner asked was that I send some more lemon curd. I'm making a video post about the lemon curd next!
So I've got two big ol' bowls full of lemons. My friends over at Food In Jars have a great post about dehydrating lemons.
