Out of This World Ginger Tea

There's almost nothing I love better when the weather turns cold than Ginger Tea.  This is also my go-to drink when I've got a scratchy throat or begin feeling under the weather.  The ginger seems to warm all the way down!

Get a good chunk of ginger.  I like to give that cold a bite back, so I use a lot.

About half of this...

Cut into bits

Put into strainer

Fill 'er up with hot water.

Squeeze lemon juice into the bottom of a mug.

Dip a spoon into honey and let it drip off

Down the Hatch!!
